Simply add to cart and checkout then pay with your credit/debit card.

Once orders are dispatched they cannot be cancelled.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalised wordings are carefully checked before submitting your order.

We cannot be held liable for any mistakes made by customers. Once an order is produced any amendments cannot be made.

If the customer discovers an error or mistake that they have made then a new order will need to be placed at full price again.

We will not issue any refunds for customer errors.

Please contact us within 5 working days upon receiving your damaged items at info@jimhaarts.com. In certain circumstances where claim of damages may need further investigation, we will need you to post the items back to us. Shipping cost will have to be covered by the customer.

All our prints are produced on premium quality photo paper.

Unfortunately, once your order is placed and confirmed the order is final and cannot be returned. We have a strict no refund policy.

Currently we offer A4, A3 and 13x18cm size prints

A4 measurements are 21x29cm

A3 measurements are 29x42cm

Small prints 13x18cm

No, we do not provide or sell frames with any of our prints

All our prints are packaged in cellophane pockets and shipped in a  “do not bend” hardback envelope.

Please be careful when removing your prints out of the cellophane pockets as your prints may stick to the sticky seal on the flap of the cellophane pocket.

We will not be held responsible for the way customers handle their prints once they have been received. No refunds will be issued due to customer negligence.
